Woof Wellness is a one-hour puppy yoga experience in the heart of Flatiron, NYC. Each class is led by a certified instructor with 45 minutes of yoga, followed by 15 minutes of playtime with adoptable pups (the perfect chance to take photos, ask questions, and even begin the adoption process if you are interested). Every puppy comes from a local shelter, and a portion of every ticket supports them. Yoga mats are provided and a water refill station is available.

  • Where are the dogs from?

    We partner with local rescue shelters who bring the adoptable dogs to our classes and events. Check out the list below to see the rescues we work with!

  • Where do the dogs go after class?

    Since all dogs who attend classes are available for fostering and/or adoption, after class they return to the rescue or their foster families. They do not stay in the studio overnight.

  • Is there an age requirement?

    We believe that all ages should be able to enjoy the Woof Wellness experience. All minors must be accompanied by an adult to attend.

  • When are new classes added?

    We update the Woof Wellness schedule approximately a month in advance.

    All of our Woof Wellness classes are beginner friendly and our instructors will provide modifications for each exercise. It's the perfect class for all experience levels.

  • What is the differenct between Woof Wellness and Serotonin Club?

    Woof Wellness classes include adoptable animals and each ticket includes a donation to local shelters. Classes are beginner friendly and do not use equipmemt.

  • What do I need to bring to class?

    Just yourself and a water bottle!

  • When are new classes added?

    We update the Woof Wellness schedule about a month in advance.
